	step 1: Strip insulated jacketing, make sure not to damage the conductors. step 2: Put on  SLED  properly. step 3: Untwist pairs and arrange to desired order. step 4: Insert to the liner. step 5: Trim excess conductors for assembly operation.

POLISHED MODULAR PLUG CONTACTS:

Pulse Tronic Connectors announces the introduction of it's newly engineered Modular Plugs utilizing Polished Contacts which greatly improves conductivity between the plug and the jack. The improved Plug/Jack connection assures lower transmission noise and reduces contact surface oxidation. Mating cycles are greatly increased without damaging the surface of the contacts or reducing conductivity. Available in Cat 5e and Cat 6 configurations. UL, CSA Certified.
